These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Roger Spees, unless Roger Spees agrees to other terms and conditions in writing.
No rights for future transactions can be derived from any agreed deviations.
Accepting an offer and placing an order implies that the applicability of these conditions is accepted.
All prices on our website are stated in Euros and include 21% VAT. Except for tickets for a performance, 9% VAT is charged there.

Orders and Deliveries
After placing your order via the website you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Roger Spees delivers items only after receipt of payment.
After receipt of payment, the items will be sent to the address you specified.
Roger Spees aims to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of receipt of payment.
Roger Spees is not liable for delays caused by Post NL.
Roger Spees is not liable for any damage whatsoever as a result of exceeding the announced delivery times.
All orders are neatly packed by us with care. However, it is possible that your order is damaged during transport. In this case, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
The agreement for purchase and sale is concluded at the moment that you accept the offer and you meet the associated conditions. As long as the receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by e-mail, the customer can dissolve the agreement.
The amount due can be paid by iDeal, PayPal, manual prepayment or by credit card. Payments are made through Stripe or Mollie.
Complaints and Returns
We do everything we can to deliver you a perfect product. Roger Spees recommends checking the delivered items immediately upon receipt. If the ordered items do not meet your expectations, do not hesitate to inform us by e-mail. Roger Spees will always try to solve any problems or complaints as best as possible in consultation with you.
You have the right to return the items delivered by Roger Spees within 30 days of receipt. During the trial period of 30 days, you must handle the items and packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
The moment of the reflection period starts as soon as you receive the products.
The articles can be returned within the trial period of 30 days in the original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the relevant invoice. You are responsible for payment of the related shipping costs.
If the products are unused and undamaged and have been returned on time and correctly, Roger Spees will refund the purchase amount excluding shipping costs to your account within 1 week.
For returns, use the return address as stated above.
The products offered by Roger Spees do what you as a consumer can reasonably expect from them.
Roger Spees accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of Roger Spees products.
The liability of Roger Spees is limited to a maximum of the amount of the purchase price of the relevant article.
Roger Spees respects the privacy of all users of its site and ensures that the personal information you provide to us is treated confidentially. Your personal data will be used for the processing of the order.
The data will never be made available to third parties, unless they are involved in processing your order.

Roger Spees has the right to use photos made of ordered items for his own promotion. This can be: placement on website, blog, social media and/or printed matter. The customer does not receive any compensation for this. Roger Spees always asks permission from the customer.
The agreement and these general terms and conditions are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
